If you would like a picture added to your custom party favors, please upload the photo, max is 3 pictures.
When checking out, leave a detailed description of your Company, what it is you do, your name, all social, contact information and provide a picture of your logo.
At checkout, please put in the note section the
*Event Theme/Color Scheme (be very detailed and specific as possible so we can satisfy your wishes). Please share an inspiration photo to assist with the design process.
*Date Needed By (NOT DATE OF EVENT),
*Type of Treat/Chips (Snickers, Honey Bun, Lays, etc) and your email or instagram handle you would like to review the design proof. If you do not respond within 72 hours, your items will be sent as is.
Turn around time is 2-3 days after the design is approved or after 72 hours awaiting approval.
We are booking at least 10 days in advance from your desired arrival date. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee of $25 will be required. Please email us at Bumkreations@gmail.com about putting a rush on your order.
You are allowed up to 2 minor changes (misspelled word, name) to the design. Any major design changes will require a design charge of $15.00 to be added. to your total.

We are not responsible for delivery times but you will receive a tracking number once the item is shipped out. Delivery may vary based upon weather conditions and holidays; however, always check with the USPS for updates.
We do not offer refunds and/or returns but if something happens to your order, please send us a picture via email and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
