Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to our products being customized, we do not allow exchanges but if you contact us within  48 hours of receiving your item and you have an issue, contact and we will diligently work to rectify your issue and/ concerns. Email us at Bumkreations@gmail.com and allow us 48 hours to respond.

Refunds 

All sales are final. There will be no refunds. If there is any mistake on our end, please contact us at Bumkreations@gmail.com to receive additional information for us to correct our mistake.

BUMKREATIONS is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.  Please use a mail carrier that provides tracking information.

Contact BUMKREATIONS FIRST BEFORE FILING ANY DISPUTES ON PAYPAL.  PLEASE give us the opportunity to provide a resolution to any problems or concerns.

Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
