*Event Theme/Color Scheme (be very detailed and specific as possible so we can satisfy your wishes). Feel free to add an inspirational photo to assist with the design process.

*Leave either your social media, email, or telephone number at checkout so we can provide you with the design sample for your approval before proceeding with printing. We will provide you with the design within 3 business days after your order is placed. Please approve or submit change request to the design within 3 business days of Bumkreations sending you the design sample. If we do not receive a response with 3 days of the design sample being sent to you, we will proceed with the design.
We are booking at least 10 days in advance from your desired arrival date. If you need your items sooner, a rush fee will be required. Please email us at Bumkreations@gmail.com about putting a rush on your order.
You are allowed up to 2 minor changes to the design (misspelled word, name). Any major design changes, a design charge of $15.00 will be added to your total.

We are not responsible for delivery times but you will receive a tracking number once the item is shipped out. Delivery may vary based upon weather conditions and holidays; however, always check with the USPS for updates.
We do not offer refunds and/or returns but if something happens to your order, please send us a picture via email and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
